The pressure releasing spring is applied between the top template and upper beam to realize slight contact; The temperature for heating and the pressures for cool and heat are controlled through the full closed loop. The temperature is evenly distributed and the control of pressure is accurate. The control precision of temperature is as ±1ºC and the control precision of pressures are as ±0.3MPa; In order to meet the lamination demands of high-end cards, the process of hot template moving up can be set into 1 to 5 sections as per specific technological requirements and the time for staying at each section can be flexibly set. Hot lamination process has 8 grades and cool pressure has 4 grades. The interface of man-machine dialogue adopts a touch screen, which is simple and convenient for operation.
